Before this, our days were measured in tickets fired and orders called. We were two culinary-trained hands moving fast through high-paced kitchens around the world. Somewhere in that rush, we found ourselves craving something different: a different kind of moment, a slower kind of service, built around the simple joy of a good drink, made well and shared.

We've always loved hospitality for the same reason: the way it brings people together. A matcha in hand, a drink passed around, something that gives people a reason to slow down and stay a while. That's the moment we love being part of.

This is us finding a new pace, one that still lets us bring that same hospitality and sense of community to every event we host.
